SIREN BLUES - 16" x 20"

PEOPLE'S CHOICE WINNER FOR JUNE!
My winning interpretation this month for the Artist Colony theme "Red, White & Blues," was titled "Siren Blues." This original creation features Marco Mermaids and a playful dolphin gazing at the Fourth of July celebration on the spectacular Marco Island beach. This unique creation got people excited about the upcoming Independence Day celebration, as well as voting. Once again, my unique creation had people talking and voting!

My creations are on cotton-polyester artist canvas and satin with archival-quality photo dye inks. Each unique creation is hand-stretched onto durable stretcher bars and gallery wrapped. Gallery wrapping provides a finished look that can be hung without a frame and ready to enjoy.

For additional protection, enhancements and added texture, I hand-embellish the unique canvas creations with acrylic brush strokes, giving texture, added color and depth to the image. By enhancing the texture and color of the piece, the end result is a beautiful, unique creation with character and detail.
